Found holds a lot of sentiment to me because I wrote it not knowing anything about music - before I started this journey. I had been gifted a 12 string for my 24th birthday and I had always written poetry but never to music. I was distraught while strumming these dissonant melodies, feeling trapped inside a relationship. The first half of the song was written when I was still in that relationship, the second half has a bittersweet taste of what the relationship ending felt like. I hope you can feel my pain through this process of letting go and empowering myself, and that it helps you in any way you might relate.
